By accessing or using Loan Ready Score ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What We Provide
Loan Ready Score offers an informational self-assessment of your business loan readiness and an optional detailed report. The Service does not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice and does not guarantee loan approval from any lender.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of any business you provide information about.
4. Payments and Refunds
Paid reports are billed as one-time purchases via our payment processor. Because the full report is delivered immediately and digitally, all sales are final and non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) submit false or misleading information; (b) attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the Service; (c) use the Service to violate any law; (d) resell or redistribute the report without written permission.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, scoring logic, and report formats are owned by us. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use your purchased report for your own business purposes.
7. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
